  • Donation

    We will donate $5 from each session to help individuals for the following purposes:

    • We will help children experiencing financial hardship with their basic needs.
    • We will provide counselling services with a lower fee to individuals in high demand for counselling but having a financial crisis to cover their fees.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for the full cost of your scheduled session. This also applies to same-day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.

Insurance Policy

If you have extended health insurance through your employers, you may have counselling coverage to cover all or part of the cost of counselling. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance provider provides coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor or a Certified Canadian Counsellor. We will issue you a receipt after each session, and you can apply for reimbursement accordingly.
